1.) Mix first three ingredients and press into bottom of a 9X13 glass baking dish. 2.) Bake at 325F for 8 minutes, let cool completely. 3.) Beat softened cream cheese and 1 c sugar w/ electric mixer, fold in the Cool Whip (do not beat). 4.) Spread cheese mixture over pretzel layer crust. 5.) In separate bowl, mix jello & water til dissolved, add strawberries and stir, then set aside for 10 minutes, pour over cheese mixture. 6.) Chill several hours or overnight, garnish, cut or scoop to serve. |
