| Directions | Cook and stir ground beef and onions in large skillet over medium-high heat, about 7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with optional toppings: green onions, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped avocado, crushed corn chips. |
