| Directions | Crush potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add potatoes and contents of sauce packet into a 3 qt. pan. Add corn, Rotel, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes. Add cheese, hamburger and seasonings. Cook until cheese melts. *Best made the day before. *Freezes well. Serve over tortilla chips if you want. |
