| Directions | Brown ground beef and drain. (Or cook stew meat.) Combine all ingredients in large soup pot. Cook till vegetables are done. Serve with cornbread or crackers. Yields 2-3 gal. |

- | | 1 package corn, sweet or shoepeg (small package) |
- | | 1 frozen bag carrots |
- | | 2 frozen packages onions, chopped |
- | | 2 frozen packages of green peppers, chopped |
- | | 4 packages dry onion soup mix |
- | | 5 pounds ground beef or chunks of stew meat, your choice |
- | | garlic salt to taste |
- | | Pepper to taste. |
