Directions
Cook vegetables in chicken broth. Add seasonings and butter. After vegetables are tender, add crab meat. Add heavy cream last, and heat to simmer.

*** If you like thicker broth, add 2 tablespoons corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water.

-2 cans chicken broth (15 ounce can)
-1/2 pound potatoes
-1 cup baby carrots, cut
-1 onion, chopped
-2 stalks celery, chopped
-1 sweet red pepper, diced
-5 pieces sweet corn, cut off cob
-1/2 teaspoon thyme
-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
-1 teaspoon Salt
-4 tablespoons butter
-8 ounces crab meat (cooked)
-1 pint heavy cream
