Tomato Vegetable Beef Soup - Recipe

Rotel tomatoes are used to add a little spice without ovrepowering. Be sure the potatoes are cooked to the desired doneness.

Directions
Brown ground beef in Dutch oven. Drain off grease.

Add all other ingredients draining the carrots.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 1 hour.

NOTE: If you want you soup thinner, add water.

-1 1/2 pounds ground beef
-1 can French onion soup
-1 can cream style corn
-1 can Rotel tomatoes
-1 can carrots, drained
-3 potatoes, peeled, cubed
- water
- salt and pepper, to taste
