| Directions | Let cauliflower stand 30 minutes in cold salted water. Drain cauliflower, rinse, and break into florets. Mix w/onions and green pepper. Pour combined vinegar, oil and seasonings over vegetables and toss together. Chill in refrigerator about 30 minutes. Just before serving, break spinach leaves into salad mixture, then toss lightly. Garnish with pimento. Serves 6-8. |
