Directions
Place all of the ingredients into the crock pot.

Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on Low.

When ready to serve, puree soup in a blender or use a hand pota

Add a tablespoon of natural yogurt to each bowl and enjoy. Serves 8-10.

Note:

Freeze the excess, for an extra quick meal later.

-5 cups Vegetable stock or water
-2 pounds Potato - peeled and cut into inch square pieces
-2 pounds Zucchini - cut into inch square pieces
-2 onions (medium)
-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
-1 tablespoon yogurt per bowl of soup (if desired)
