Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Do not drain. In a saucepan melt 1/4 c. safflower margarine and add 1/4 c. flour. Add 1 c. skim milk and 1/2 c. chicken broth. Stir and cook gently. Add 1 c. grated cheddar cheese. Add to vegetables.

-1 cup diced Celery
-1/4 cup chopped onions
-1 1/2 teaspoons salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/8 teaspoon dill weed
