This simple cheesy broccoli and cauliflower soup with get rave reviews. It's great for a hot meal when it's cold outside. Serve it with some breadsticks to dunk in the delicious soup.
In a large pot, cook broth, cauliflower florets and broccoli florets until vegetables are tender.
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, saute butter, onion and celery over medium heat until translucent. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Pour in milk and stir until thickened; remove from heat.
Add thickened mixture to cauliflower-broccoli mixture. Add cheese and stir until melted.
