| Directions | Heat oil in large soup pot over med-high. sauté pork, onions, and garlic for 10-15 minutes. Stir in flour, mixing well. Cook 3 more minutes. Add water, then rest of ingredients except lima beans. Simmer 1 hour or more, adding lima beans 10 minutes before serving. This is such a great, hearty stew that it so warm and satisfying on a cold or rainy day! |
