1 qt. nice big clover blossoms and pack in a jar and pour in boiling water as you would for tea but longer then tea. Add enough water to make one gal. juice. Add 3 lbs. of sugar, lemon sliced, one 8 oz. cake of compressed yeast dissolved in lukewarm water. Add this to liquid from clover. Keep in warm place until fermenting begins. Put in basement for 6 weeks. Bottle it. |
