Mix the noodle mixture together

For the Dressing: put ingredients in a blender, blend well. Pour over noodle mixture, let set for 24 hours.

-		1 box rotini pasta
-		1 cucumber, chopped
-		1 green pepper, chopped
-		1 onion, chopped
-		DRESSING:
-		1 cup oil
-		1 cup vinegar
-		1 teaspoon pepper
-		1 cup Sugar
-		1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
-		1 teaspoon Salt
-		1 teaspoon garlic powder
-		1 teaspoon sweet basil
-		1 teaspoon parsley
