| Directions | Pour oil into pot cover the bottom and fry sausage on medium heat with garlic. Add flour, brown flour on low. Keep stirring for 10 minutes odd oil as needed. Once browned add 2 cans Rotel, green chillies, salsa and 1 cup of water. Let simmer for 30 minutes t o1 hour. Keep adding water as it thickens to desired consistency. Great on burritos, enchiladas, omelets and tortillas. |
