| Directions | Marinate: mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, in balsamic vinegar. Drizzle 1/4 cup olive oil over bread, salt and pepper, toast under broiler, stir. Cool. Mix bread with other ingredients. Toss until coated. Add more vinegar if needed. |
