| Directions | Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes and brown in Wok or Dutch oven. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add chopped onions and potatoes, cook for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. This stew should be eaten with a spoon like a hearty soup. Serve with warm, crusty bread. |
