| Directions | Put lettuce into large bowl. Add artichokes, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes. Toss. This can be done ahead of serving time. 10-15 minutes prior to serving, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and add enough salad dressing to coat as you like it. Toss--I find it easier to mix with my hands. Can easily be doubled. |

- | | 1 package sliced fresh mushrooms, broken into smaller pieces (small pkg) |
- | | 1 box grape tomatoes (or whatever kind you prefer) |
- | | 1 bottle Wishbone Fat Free Salad Dressing |
- | | Grated Parmesan cheese |
