| Directions | In medium saucepan cook cauliflower in 1 C. water. After cooked, mash with potato masher. Cook onion in butter until clear, add 1 C. water and bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved. Thicken with flour. Stir in cauliflower and cheese. Add milk and finish blending. ENJOY! |
