| Directions | Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and then roll into small (dime-sized) meatballs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 5 minutes. To make broth, bring to a boil 2 1/2 quarts of chicken broth or 2-46 oz. cans. Add 2-10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, return to a boil and add the meatballs and simmer 10 minutes, return to a boil and add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of orzo or dilanti pasta and cook until pasta is tender. Serve with grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese. |
