1. Pour soup, broth, and tomatoes into a 6-quart pot. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Add cheese and Mirepoix and heat until cheese melts. Stir occasionally and reduce heat to a low simmer.
2. Add frozen chicken fajitas during last 5 or 10 minutes of heating time and heat thoroughly.
3. Serve soup garnished with green onions and tortilla strips.
