| Directions | Dice and begin cooking potatoes. Add chopped onion. Cook broccoli in microwave 5 minutes, then add to potatoes and onion. Add bouillon to mixture. Cook all until potatoes are done. Mash with potato masher. Add soup, milk, Velveeta, and pepper. Simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour. The soup will scorch easily, so simmer on lowest setting and stir often. |
