| Directions | In large saucepan, brown ground beef until no longer pink, drain; season with ginger, salt and pepper. Add water and broth. Stir in noodles (do not use the flavoring packet from the noodles) and vegetables; bring to a boil. Cook until noodles and vegetables are tender. |
