| Directions | Heat a large cooking kettle over high heat. Add the beef, pork and onion. Cook, breaking up meat with spoon for approximately 7 minutes, until no longer pink. Add all remaining ingredients except cilantro and sour cream. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes to 4 hours, which ever you have time for. After 15 minutes, add three tablespoons of cilantro. Serve with sour cream and garnish with remaining tablespoon of cilantro. Makes 6 servings. |
