Open the top off each bag of chips; set aside. Place chili in saucepan; cook for 10 min. on medium heat. Spoon about 2 T. of chili into each bag of chips. Top with remaining ingredients.
NOTE: Enjoy! Served in Frito bags, this is an easy outdoor meal.
