| Directions | Toss together vegetables and refrigerate.
- Make dressing and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day mix the vegetables and dressing together; sprinkle with fresh Parmesan.
- Optional red & green pepper, green onion, or bacon.
- Note: The finer the vegetables are cut the better the taste.
