| Directions | Place vegetables and broth in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Mash vegetables with potato masher to desired consistency. Stir in cheese. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently. Makes 6 (1 cup) Servings |
