| Directions | Add the V-8 to a large pot on the stove. Start browning the ground beef and add to the V-8 when done. Cut or chop the potatoes, celery, and bell peppers then add. Put the baby carrots straight in and add the rest. Cover and let cook until done, usually 2 hours on medium heat. Stir every now and then. Season to taste. |
