Pork Chop Stew - Recipe

Directions
Debone, defat and cut chops up into medium to small pieces.

Mix flour with Greek seasoning, salt and pepper.

Shake pork with flour and seasonings in a bag.

Put coated pork in stew pot and brown with onion and celery.

In a small bowl, combine mushroom soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and any flour mixture that is left over. Add this to meat.

Add smoked link sausage and simmer for 2-3 hours. Add more water later if gravy is too thick.

Add potatoes and vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done.

Salt and pepper to taste, if needed.

-1/2 pound smoked links, sliced
-2 potatoes, peeled, diced
-1 package frozen mixed vegetables (small pkg)
