| Directions | For the dressing, combine vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, water and pepper and bring to a boil. This will dissolve the sugar; set aside to cool. Drain peas, beans, corn and pimentos. Combine all the vegetables and stir in the dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours stirring occasionally. |
