Note: All measurements are approximated or adjusted to taste. Combine tofu, carrot, parsley, and walnuts. Set aside. Mix mayonnaise, tahini, olive oil, and tamari (can be processed in a blender). Add seasonings (lemon pepper, salt turmeric, sweetener) to taste. Mix tofu mixture with dressing. If mixture is very dry, add a small amount of Cider, Apple Juice, or other Creamy Dressing. Optional: Add Mustard, Basil, or Yeast Flakes. Other creations: Add Celery (finely cut) or Olives. |
