| Directions | Cover ground beef with water and cook uncovered in a stew pan for 15 minutes. Pour off all liquid and add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, sugar, early peas, green beans, and corn. Season with salt. Boil at least 30 minutes. (Canned mixed vegetable will also work.) |
