Directions
Brown ground chuck, drain & rinse. Cook frozen vegetables and onion until almost done, then add rotel & tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and ground chuck. Cook on low heat for about 1 hour stirring occasionally.

*Note: You can use stew meat instead of ground chuck.

-2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
-3 pounds frozen vegetables
-2 cans stewed tomatoes
-1 can Rotel
-1 can tomato sauce (large can)
-1/2 onion, diced
