| | Directions | | Wash veggies, drain, cut up. Cook sausage until browned. Brown onions and potatoes. Combine broth, wine, garlic, potatoes, salt and pepper also onions, celery, pepper. Cook on med. heat about 25 min til veggies are tender. Add pasta and sausage leave covered for another 15-20 min's on lower heat. |
