Directions
Cook ground chuck. Place in large pot. Add broth, water, vegetables, and salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for a short time before serving.
Note: I also use this recipe substituting leftover roast beef in pieces or cooked stew beef.

1 pound ground chuck, cooked and liquid drained

1 box beef broth or 2 cans beef broth

2 cups water

1 can diced tomatoes and juice (28 ounce can)

1 Vegall, drained (28 ounce )

Salt and pepper, to taste
