| Directions | In bottom of large bowl, place 3 cups lettuce; sprinkle sugar, salt and pepper. Layer eggs. Sprinkle with salt. Pour in peas, remaining lettuce, bacon, cheese. Spread mayonnaise over top; spreading to edge of bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with sliced green onions and paprika. Toss before serving. Serves 12 to 15. |
