| Directions | In soup pan combine contents of one box of Au Gratin potatoes and corn, picante sauce and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Add Half & Half, cheese and olives. Cook until cheese melts and soup is warmed through. Serve with taco chips. |
