 | Directions | Melt sugar over medium heat. Add almonds to coat. Remove and let cool. Toss lettuce with oranges and cooled almonds. For the dressing, mix all ingredients and shake or stir well. Add dressing to salad, to taste, and toss. Serve immediately. |
