| Directions | Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Pour into quart jars. Use to marinate and serve fresh vegetables throughout summer. Good on fresh produce from the garden: sliced cucumbers and onions or fresh tomatoes. Is great as a coleslaw dressing. This makes a lot of dressing and it is great to have on hand. Keeps in refrigerator for weeks. |
