Preheat oven to 400. Brown bacon in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain crisp bacon on paper towels. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, Dijon, Swiss cheese and green onions, Add bacon and stir to combine. Transfer to a small shallow baking dish and bake until golden brown and bubbly around the edges - about 16-20 minutes. Serve with crackers, baguette slices or bagel chips. Makes about 8 servings. |
