Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well, in a wooden or glass bowl. Cover and let sit one hour. Add honey and mix well. Adjust with salt and pepper.

Example using tablespoons:

7T Mustard, 5T water etc.

-		1 In Ratios
-		7 parts dry mustard (or grind your own!)
-		5 parts water
-		2 parts vinegar (or heavy beer)
-		1 part honey
-		Salt and Pepper to taste
