| Directions | Peel and cut up enough apples to fill a large kettle. Cook until sauce. Add all ingredients. Put in oven 350° and bake uncovered for 2 1/2 hours or until thick. Stir every 15 minutes. If lumpy, mash with potato masher or use electric beater. Ladle into hot jars & seal. |
