In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the flavors are blended. Remove from heat; cool. Makes about 2 quarts.
Note: This recipe is a good one for bottling. I DO NOT double or triple it for bottling but make each recipe separate. It takes a little more time this way but you are not jeopardizing the flavor by not doubling it because of the vinegar. Every time I need some sauce, I make the recipe and bottle one quart while I use the other one.
