| Directions | Thaw pearl onions and sauté in butter until golden brown. If not using a nonstick skillet, de-glaze the pan by adding a little water at a time while scraping the bottom with a wooden spoon. Finish by adding the cream and reduce (cook it and it will evaporate) the cream down so it just covers the onions, until you have a smooth consistency. Cream will thicken as it cooks. Season to taste with salt & pepper. |
