| Directions | Sift together dry ingredients; add egg, shortening, orange juice, and water. Fold in nuts, cranberries and orange rind. Bake in greased pan for 65 minutes, in a 325° oven. Cool. Wrap in waxed paper. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. |
