Delicious cinnamon-flavored bread pudding. This Breakfast Bread Pudding makes a nice addition to any brunch table but also makes a quick and easy dessert for any meal.

Directions
  • Tear bread into chunks. Place in a buttered 9x13 pan.
  • Mix egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, and apple juice together; pour over bread.
  • Mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar together; sprinkle over bread pudding.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes. Best served warm but can also be served cold.
  • Can serve this bread pudding on its own but it is delicious when served with vanilla custard, whipped topping, cream, or ice cream.
