| Directions | Combine sugar, water, flour and lemon juice. Cook in pan until thick. Add dissolved gelatin while hot; cool in ice box until thick. Add sour cream and beat well. Add strawberries. Place in crust and cool in ice box 2 hours. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Note: You may use fresh peaches, blueberries, bananas or any fruit you desire, or an combination of fruits. |
