| Directions | Place coffee, Coffee-mate, and sweetener in a tall glass. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and stir until ingredients have dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water, soy milk and vanilla syrup. Pour mixture into a cocktail shaker and add many ice cubes. Cover and shake for about 1 minute until the drink is very cold. Strain the drink into a tall glass and top with cool whip. Enjoy!
