| Directions | Heat the chicken broth in medium size saucepan and bring to a boil. Slice 1 carrot and microwave for 1 minute then add to broth. Add crushed tomatoes, then add handful of baby spinach. Cook 2 handful of noodles until tender then garnish with Parmesan cheese for more flavor. Prepared and done in 10 minutes. |
