Cook first 3 ingredients until browned. Drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of meat mixture in ungreased slow cooker. Arrange 1/3 of noodles (uncooked) over sauce. Combine the 3 cheeses. Spoon 1/3 of mixture over noodles. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover. Cook on low 4-5 hours.

-1 pound Ground Beef
-1 chopped onion (medium)
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 can tomato sauce (29 ounce can)
-1 cup water
-1 can tomato paste (6 ounce can)
-1 teaspoon Salt
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 package uncooked lasagna noodles (8 ounce pkg)
-4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
-1/2 cup grated Parnesan cheese
