Cheesy Ham & Hashbrown Casserole - Recipe

Directions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

In a large bowl, combine hash browns, 1/4 cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, ham, sour cream, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Spray a 3 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place mixture in casserole. Level out.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, saut cornflakes in 1/4 cup melted butter, and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole.

Bake covered in preheated over for 50-60 minutes or until hot and bubbly. (Cooking times may vary.)

-1 package frozen southern style hashbrowns, thawed (32 ounce pkg)
-1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
-1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounce can)
-1 1/2 cups cooked diced or chopped ham
-1 package sour cream (8 ounce pkg)
-1/2 cup chopped onions
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
-1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
